How to use a time-zone comparison well
Local time is only the first part of a good meeting plan. Choose a date, state the time zone explicitly, check whether either location changes clocks, and ask whether the time suits the people involved. The overlap shown here uses a simple 09:00–17:00 local-time window and current offsets; it is a planning aid, not a replacement for confirming availability.
Why daylight saving time changes the answer
Many—but not all—regions change their clocks seasonally. A recurring meeting can shift when one location changes and another does not. That is why this page uses the browser’s built-in internationalisation data and shows each city’s current zone abbreviation. Confirm future recurring meetings again near daylight-saving transitions.
